Chall22 is a product operated by Blonde Code LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Chall22, including our website, applications, and related services.
By using Chall22, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create or access an account, we may collect your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, and authentication information.
If you sign in with Google, Chall22 receives only the basic account information authorized during sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use this information solely to create, authenticate, secure, and manage your Chall22 account.
Chall22 does not receive or store your Google password.
Content you provide
We collect the content you submit while using Chall22, including:
- Prompts and generation settings
- Uploaded or referenced images
- Images generated or processed through the service
- File names, metadata, and processing preferences
- Saved prompts, workflows, and generation history
Do not upload content containing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have the right to process it.
Usage and technical information
We may automatically collect information about how the service is used, including:
- Features and AI providers selected
- Generation and processing activity
- Request status, errors, and processing time
- Credit usage and cost information
- Browser, device, IP address, and approximate location
- Security, authentication, and diagnostic logs
Payment information
If you purchase a subscription or credits, payments are processed by Stripe. Chall22 does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, billing email, subscription status, and Stripe customer or transaction identifiers.
Communications
If you contact us, we collect the information included in your message and any information needed to respond.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage accounts
- Generate, edit, process, store, and deliver images
- Save generation history and user preferences
- Operate credit, usage, and billing systems
- Provide support and service communications
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot errors
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access
- Improve the reliability and functionality of Chall22
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. AI Processing
When you request an image generation or processing operation, Chall22 may send your prompt, reference images, settings, and other information required to complete the request to the AI provider you select, including OpenAI or Google.
These providers process the submitted content to return the requested result. Their processing may also be governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and API data-handling practices.
Chall22 does not use your prompts or images to train its own AI models. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or disclose.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Service providers
We use trusted providers for AI processing, payment processing, authentication, email delivery, hosting, storage, databases, computing, monitoring, and security. They receive information only as needed to perform services for Chall22.
Legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Chall22, or others
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms
Business transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient continues to protect the information.
6. Storage and Retention
Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
Prompts, uploaded images, generated images, settings, and generation history may be retained until you delete them, your account is deleted, or they are no longer reasonably needed to provide the service.
Certain billing, security, audit, and transaction records may be retained for longer when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or security logs before being removed through normal retention processes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Request deletion of your account or personal information

9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Chall22 account by contacting support@chall22.com.
Deleting an account may permanently remove its saved prompts, uploaded images, generated images, history, settings, and access to unused benefits. Some information may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Information already submitted to an external AI provider may remain subject to that provider’s retention practices.
10. International Data Processing
Chall22 is operated from the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on:
- Performance of our agreement with you
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Chall22
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Your consent, when specifically requested
You may withdraw consent at any time, but this will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
12. Children’s Privacy
Chall22 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Chall22 evolves or legal requirements change.
